Terms of Service — Ko'rib Yodla

By using Ko'rib Yodla ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The service

The app helps you learn English vocabulary through AI-generated flashcards, translations, and images, for learning purposes. AI-generated content may sometimes be incomplete or wrong and shouldn't be relied on as professional or certified reference.

2. Accounts

You can use Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or continue as a guest. You're responsible for activity under your account. Guest progress is stored on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted.

3. Subscriptions and payments

The app offers optional paid plans (Plus and Pro) with monthly or yearly billing. Current prices and limits are shown in the app before purchase.

Purchases through the App Store (Apple):

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Purchases through Payme (web checkout, UZS):

• These are one-time payments for a fixed access period (30 or 365 days). There is no auto-renewal — nothing is ever charged automatically after your payment.
• Your plan activates automatically in the app after payment and simply expires at the end of the period; no cancellation is needed.
• Payments are final and non-refundable, except where a payment was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a technical failure on our side). For such cases, contact support and we will review it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to enter unlawful, hateful, sexual, or abusive content; break, overload, or reverse-engineer the app; or use it to violate any law or the rights of others. We may limit or end access for misuse.

5. AI-generated content

Cards, translations, and images are produced by AI models (including third parties such as OpenAI) and may contain errors. You use them at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and brand are owned by us. You may use generated cards for personal learning under a limited, non-exclusive licence.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account anytime. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data; where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless a different mandatory consumer law applies to you.

10. Changes & contact
